How to get an NBI clearance through Online Application in Alabang, Muntinlupa?

Obtaining an NBI clearance is not that hard but I must say a test of patience. If you are intending to get an NBI Clearance at the NBI Muntinlupa branch, an online application will be conducive to an easy process. 

Here's a break down of the process with an NBI ONLINE APPLICATION:

 1. You'll have to register HERE. Don't forget to write your REGISTRATION CODE on a piece of paper and bring it at the NBI Clearance center.

After you selected the PURPOSE DETAILS, the amount will automatically appear.

Click the print application to preview and check your details for correction. Once you're done, you can immediately go to the NBI Clearance center. If you need help in going to the NBI Clearance center in Muntinlupa, click here.

Note: Don't forget your REGISTRATION CODE when you go to the NBI Clearance center.

 2. At the NBI Muntinlupa branch, tell an official that you've applied online. The official will give you a piece of paper that you will fill out with the registration code, your full name and purpose.

   

3. Before paying at the cashier, have the paper signed and stamped by the official. Proceed to Window 1 for payment of online application.

4.  After paying for the NBI clearance, you can now proceed to Window 7 for picture taking and Biometrics. 

5. You are done! Your NBI clearance will be issued at that day if it is cleared.

NOTE: This is for those who intend to get their NBI Clearance at the Muntinlupa branch. Other branches may or may not have the same process. 

REMINDERS: 

1. You still have to go early at the NBI Muntinlupa branch and get a queue number. There are already many people lining up at 5 o'clock in the morning. Cutoff is 500 persons. There are officials that will stamp your hand and distribute numbers. 

If you see an official or a line at the entrance to the 2nd floor of Victory Shopping Mall, ask if it's the line for NBI because there's another line for NSO. Usually, the line for NBI starts at the side of the South Station Mall near KFC.  

2. Observe proper attire. Don't wear sandos and sleeveless.   

3. Bring (2) two Valid Identification card and a ballpen.

4. Register only ONCE at ONLINE APPLICATION so make sure all the details you filled are correct.

NBI, NSO and COMELEC are located at the second floor of Victory Shopping Mall. 

1.     If you are coming from Zapote or Las Pinas, ride a jeepney to Starmall Alabang. Tell the jeepney driver to drop you off near Jollibee. Walk to the other side via the overpass. At the overpass, walk straight and turn right. Go down at the second stair before the end. Walk straight at the sides of the Victory Shopping Mall. There's a stair going to the second floor at the side of the Victory shopping Mall.    

·        There's also a jeepney that will take you to South Station Mall. Victory Shopping Mall is     beside it. Exiting from South Station Mall, you'll see stalls and vendors of slippers and a LOTTO outlet. You just have to walk straight at the sides and turn left when you reach the end of the stall

2.     If you are coming from the southern part of Muntinlupa, ride a jeepney going to Festival Mall, you should tell the jeepney driver to drop you off the South Station Mall or Alabang market. Go to Victory Shopping Mall and locate the entrance to the second floor at the right side of the mall. Victory Shopping Mall is beside the South Station mall and at the back of the fruit dealers. 

3.     If you are coming from San Pedro, Laguna, you should ride a jeepney to going Festival Mall via Muntinlupa. Tell the jeepney driver to drop you at the South Station Mall or Alabang market. Victory Shopping Mall is located beside South Station Mall and at the back of the fruit dealers. 

·        Don't ride a jeepney going to Festival Mall via Susana Heights. If you do, walk from the Festival Mall to South Station Mall via their tunnel and overpass. From the South Station Mall you should walk to the Victory Shopping Mall beside it. Entrance to the second floor is located at the right side of the mall.
